Brand Manager, U.S. Digestive and Infant

Manage day-to-day responsibilities for the digestive and infant health consumer brands.

Responsibilities
•Contribute to the development and execution of the annual marketing plan and the 3-year strategic brand plan
•Develop and manage the financial forecast for the digestive and infant health businesses.
•Analyze POS and factory sales.
•Work within, lead and act as Project Champion among cross-functional teams in developing new products, promotions, etc.
•Marketing research to explore NPD opportunities, product improvements, claims support, ad testing, and other marketing programs
•Work closely with Sales team and assist with sell-in and other retailer relationship building activities
•Work closely with external strategic partners (advertising agencies, PR agencies, graphic design firms, research partners, etc) to achieve brand goals
•Monitor and report competitive activity
•Keep up to date with current and future marketing trends via continuing professional education and networking within the industry
•Responsible for the development of packaging and promotional materials.
•Work with Medical Affairs, Regulatory and R&D to develop meaningful claims that will create points of difference for our products in the marketplace.
•Manage the databases used for physician and consumer direct marketing.
•Responsible for other marketing activities including event marketing, conventions, etc.
•Oversee brand website activity.
•Act as liaison between marketing and consumer call center to keep them aware of all activities.
•Perform other related duties as assigned.



Packaging Line Leader 1st Shift

Oversee and engage in activities encompassing a single production line, assuring safety, quality and efficiency of operation.


Accountabilities
•Report issues that deviate from plans and requirements for safety, quality, or production.
•Safely and efficiently produce product within quality guidelines.
•Properly maintain GMP documentation at assigned production line, including routine checks and calculations.
•Assure organization, collection, and delivery of documentation and product samples as required.
•Assess production issues, perform minor adjustments, and maintain equipment cleanliness as needed.

Responsibilities
•Complete reporting documentation (i.e. DWOR, Labor, inventory, work orders, batch records, lost time).
•Take action as needed to maintain an efficient operation, such as moving manpower when line is down.
•Perform training and guidance as needed throughout department.
•Communicate front line perspective on safety, quality and production issues (i.e. RCA involvement).
•Perform other related duties as required
